Warranty

 

All items are protected for 30 days from the delivery date against manufacturer defects.  Opening the complete Mixbox voids the warranty. Modifying the complete Mixbox such as changing the faceplate, buttons, etcetera voids the warranty. Warranty does not cover unintended uses. Damage caused by the buyer is not covered under warranty.

 

 

 

Return

 

Mixboxarcade.com does not accept returns. In case of defective product with valid warranty, it will be exchanged for a replacement.  

 

Cancellations

 

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

 

Customers are responsible for any fees or duties to clear customs if applicable.

 

 

 

Typographical Errors

 

While Mixboxarcade.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Mixboxarcade.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Mixboxarcade.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Mixboxarcade.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

 

 

 

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

 

Mixboxarcade.com shall in no event be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, for injury to any property or to any person, by reason of the person’s negligence or otherwise in connection with the safe, delivery, installation or use of the products and/or provision of services pursuant to this agreement, and purchaser shall indemnify and hold harmless Mixboxarcade.com against further liability. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Mixboxarcade.com shall in no event be liable for lost profits arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement. Neither Mixboxarcade.com nor purchaser shall be liable for delay in the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement arising out of causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantines, strikes, embargoes, or severe weather
